About the Position
- Head Of Strategic Development: Partnering with the Insignia Investment team and portfolio companies in their funding journey.
- Assisting portfolio companies to source for funds from the private capital markets as well as providing strategic advisory services for merger, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions.
- Assisting portfolio companies to develop their strategic objectives to meet their financial need of raising public or private funds through equity or debt offering.
- Establishing contact, rapport and credibility with prospective investors to influence key decision makers to start a relationship with Insignia and its portfolio companies
- Assisting with administrative and project-based responsibilities on ad-hoc basis.
- Head Of Strategic Development: Work closely with the portfolio companies on financing transactions and guiding them on capital raising process (including due diligence, working on pitch deck etc.)
- Build business valuation analysis and financial models templates to analyze and support merge and acquisitions transactions.
- Head Of Strategic Development: Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for building and deepening relationship across different categories of investors based on understanding of their needs.
- Identify prospective investor pool by performing market segmentation and need analysis in targeting and building a strong potential investor pool.
- Sustain and build investor relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and information sessions with investors.
What we are looking for
● Head Of Strategic Development: At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment bank, private equity or venture capital at a reputable firm
● Prior team and project management experience is a must
● Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Melayu & Vietnamese is a plus
● Management (Founding Team), Business, operations, strategy or finance experience at a leading venture-backed startup in Southeast Asia is a plus
