To manage and lead the employee operations and relations at Group Level. Drive digital transformation for HR function. Adept at policy formulation, administering benefits and legal compliances

Lead HR & Digital Transformation – Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design & implement Policy & Governance frameworks and HR processes at an organization level
  • Administer Compensation & Benefits and payroll management
  • Manage HR Operations including employee onboarding, employee relations, employee requests, time & attendance and legal compliances
  • Spearhead the Digital Transformation for HR function and HRIS implementation
  • Medical Insurance renewals and HR communication
  • Conduct various dipstick surveys across the organization and share insights with Management
  • Identify process gaps, implement innovative methods to streamline HR processes, and cost-saving opportunities

  • Education : BE/BTech & MBA from a premium Institute
