Lead HR & Digital Transformation – Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & implement Policy & Governance frameworks and HR processes at an organization level
- Administer Compensation & Benefits and payroll management
- Manage HR Operations including employee onboarding, employee relations, employee requests, time & attendance and legal compliances
- Spearhead the Digital Transformation for HR function and HRIS implementation
- Medical Insurance renewals and HR communication
- Conduct various dipstick surveys across the organization and share insights with Management
- Identify process gaps, implement innovative methods to streamline HR processes, and cost-saving opportunities
